Delivery days are Tuesday – Saturday
All trade orders are despatched on a next day service, so that your olives & antipasti arrive as fresh as possible. We will always do our best to despatch your order on the next available despatch day following receipt of order.
For Standard delivery, orders placed on Thursday and Friday will be despatched on Monday. For Saturday delivery, please place your order by 2pm on Thursday. Orders placed after this time will not qualify for Saturday delivery that week, and will instead be delivered the following Tuesday.

Returns & Damages
We want every order to arrive in perfect condition, so if it ever doesn’t, we want to put it right. If anything is damaged, missing or incorrect, please get in touch within 24 hours so we can resolve it as quickly as possible. We are happy to arrange replacements or refund products.
Order damaged during transit?
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, we are happy to replace or refund products, but you need to contact us within 24 hours so we can raise a claim with the delivery courier.
Email orders@therealolivecompany.co.uk with a brief description of the damage alongside your order or invoice number and these four separate photos:
- The damaged product(s) – A clear close-up showing the exact damage to the product(s) itself.
- External packaging – A photo showing the outside of the box/bag (e.g any dents, tears, or crushes).
- Internal packaging – A photo showing how the item was cushioned inside the box (e.g. foam corner protectors, air pockets).
- The parcel label – A clear, readable photo of the shipping label attached to the external packaging
Without this photographic evidence, we cannot process a claim — which may prevent us from issuing a refund or replacement.
