Despatch days are Monday – Friday
Delivery days are Tuesday – Saturday
All trade orders are despatched on a next day service, so that your olives & antipasti arrive as fresh as possible. We will always do our best to despatch your order on the next despatch day following receipt of order.
May bank holiday delivery schedule
Order by 1pm on Thursday 21st May for pre-bank holiday delivery.
Last delivery before the bank holiday will be on Saturday 23rd May. The next available delivery will be on Wednesday 27th May.
There will be no deliveries on Tuesday 26th May.
Postage costs
Mainland UK, not including Scottish Highlands
Free for orders over £60, otherwise £5.95
The Highlands and Islands of Scotland, The Isle of Wight, The Channel Islands and Republic of Ireland
Free for orders over £100, otherwise £12.95
Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly
Free for orders over £120, otherwise £18.95
Returns
We want you to feel totally happy with your olives and antipasti, so if you have any concerns or queries please email us at orders@therealolivecompany.co.uk.
We are happy to replace items damaged during transit, but we must be notified within 48 hours of arrival.
