Order before 1pm on Friday 19th December to receive your order by Tuesday 23rd December.
Ordering After the Christmas Cut-off
Orders placed before 1pm on 23rd December will be delivered on 30th December.
After this, orders will be delivered from 6th January, when normal service resumes.
Delivery days
Despatch days are Monday – Friday
Delivery days are Tuesday – Saturday
All trade orders are despatched on a next day service, so that your olives & antipasti arrive as fresh as possible. We will always do our best to despatch your order on the next despatch day following receipt of order.
Postage costs
Mainland UK, not including Scottish Highlands
Free for orders over £60, otherwise £5.95
The Highlands and Islands of Scotland, The Isle of Wight, The Channel Islands and Republic of Ireland
Free for orders over £100, otherwise £12.95
Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly
Free for orders over £120, otherwise £18.95
Returns
We want you to feel totally happy with your olives and antipasti, so if you have any concerns or queries please email us at shop@therealolivecompany.co.uk.
We are happy to replace items damaged during transit, but we must be notified within 48 hours of arrival.
