This vibrant tapenade has a punchy, savoury aroma that translates into a full, complex mouthful of flavour. We enjoyed the succulent, almost meaty mouthfeel, the balance of sweet, sour and smoke, the deft seasoning and the lingering Mediterranean flavours. Bravo.
A vibrant red colour, there is a lot going on in this tapenade. There are bold flavours and they all combine; there is complexity and there is length at the finish. It would be very versatile and it’s also moreish.
This tapenade has a pleasingly rich texture and enticing colour. There are some really pleasing sweet and smoky notes on the nose, which really follow through on the palate. This is a thoroughly enjoyable and well-balanced tapenade that would have so many uses. A delicious product with a silky finish.
